Telesat and Helius Enter Into Strategic Alliance

Enterprise markets to gain new IP offerings from Telesat, one of the world’s top satellite operators

LINDON, UTAH—November 16, 2004—Helius, Inc., the worldwide leader in business class data broadcasting solutions, announced today that Telesat, one of the world’s leading satellite operators and a wholly-owned subsidiary of BCE Inc., (NYSE:BCE) has joined its Strategic Alliance Program. Telesat’s membership in the program shows confidence in Helius from a best-in-class provider of enterprise technologies.

The companies will also work together to ensure comprehensive customer service and support options are available, as part of the total solution in the marketplace.
