Silver Beacon and Helius Enter Into Strategic Alliance

Partnership expands opportunities for digital signage content development and content distribution using IP over satellite

LINDON, UTAH and DAVENPORT, IOWA—MARCH 21, 2005—Helius, Inc., the worldwide leader in business class data broadcasting solutions, announced today that Silver Beacon Media, a provider of Digital Display Network (DDN) solutions and technology, has joined its Strategic Alliance Program. The partnership will support the development of new and creative ways of consumer communication through passive and interactive digital signage networks.
